1.     Do I need to have Ukrainian citizenship?

No, non-Ukrainian citizens who are enrolled at a Ukrainian university can also apply.

2.     If I register using the registration form and apply in the application portal, do I automatically get a study placement at HTW Berlin and a scholarship?

Since the capacity in terms of study placement and scholarships is limited, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that all applicants will be accepted.

3.     Do I have the right to a regular degree-seeking study placement at the HTW Berlin after the 1-2 semester stay?

No, but it is of course possible to apply for a regular degree and to submit an application for recognition of academic achievements.

4.     Unfortunately, I cannot submit all application documents. Will my application still be considered?

Subsequent submission of some application documents may be permitted. If you are missing an application document, please submit in its place a statement in which you explain the reasons why the document is missing. However, there are no exceptions for proof of language proficiency.

5.     My home university cannot sign the Learning Agreement. Will my application still be considered?

Yes, under the current circumstances it is sufficient if the Learning Agreement is only signed by the applicant.

6.     When will successful applicants receive the scholarship?

The scholarships will be disbursed in several installments after the start of the course.
