Mathematics group for school pupils in grades 5 and 6

In autumn 2014, two professors at HTW Berlin started up a mathematics group for talented school pupils in grades 5 and 6. The aim is to provide young people with a taste of academic life early on and to develop their mathematical abilities. The mathematics group can accommodate up to 20 young participants. It takes place on every Wednesday (except during school holidays) from 4.15 to 5.45 pm on the Treskowallee campus.

Interested children from the age of eight are warmly invited to attend. Different topics are presented every year, ranging from flying cameras and travelling to the stars through to fascinating facts about robots.
