Guidance and counselling
The Study Advisory Service provides answers to basic questions regarding studying.
The psychological counsellors at HTW Berlin help students to overcome problems and issues during their studies.
Disabled and chronically ill students can contact the Disability Officer of HTW Berlin at any time — also before beginning their studies.
The Family Support Centre at HTW Berlin advises and informs students and employees of the university on all issues related to combining studies, work and family.

If you have a question for the Student Services department, you can ask your question via the ticket system, the telephone hotline or at the Student Service Centre.
You can clarify any issues relating to examination procedures with the Examinations Office, e.g. accreditation of modules or registering for examinations.
ZbwS provides further education Master’s study programmes, distance learning Bachelor and Master’s programmes.
At the University Library of HTW Berlin you can find literature, borrow books, view articles in books and journals in databases and publish material electronically.
The Information Technology Centre handles the operation, development and support of IT solutions and the IT infrastructure.
The Central Unit Sports offers over 60 different sports activities.
Careers, business and industry
The Foreign Languages Centre offers courses during the semester and intensive courses in eight different languages during the holidays. The Media Centre can be used for self-directed learning.
