If you are not yet 18 years old at the time of the application deadline and are living with a custodian in Berlin or Brandenburg, your application will be considered within the framework of the minors quota. This quota comprises 5 per cent of the available places.

Your age and place of residence are automatically recorded in the online application portal. An additional application is not necessary. In the case of enrolment, however, you must prove your place of residence with a current registration certificate.

If you are not admitted via the minors quota, you will continue to take part in the general selection procedure and have the same chances of gaining a place.
