Would you like to attend courses at HTW Berlin without being officially enrolled? This is possible – either as a guest listener or as a visiting student.

• Participation as a guest listener is subject to fees.
• Admission is only valid for one semester and is subject to available places.
• The processing of your application begins only after the regular course enrolment process for HTW Berlin students.
• Please refer to the HTW Berlin academic calendar for the deadlines.
• For courses in a Master’s programme, you must either have a first academic degree or be enrolled in a Master’s programme at a German university. Please enclose the relevant supporting documents with your application.

As a guest listener or visiting student, you can also obtain a certificate of achievement [PDF] in registered courses. However, there is no legal entitlement to sit examinations.

Good to know: your achievements may be recognised when you apply for a regular degree course at a later date.
