Dual enrolment
Multiple enrolment means that you are enrolled in two degree programmes at the same time and are working towards a degree in both.
This can be done:
- At the same university → double degree programme
- At two different universities in Berlin or Brandenburg
Please remember: On average, studying at HTW Berlin corresponds to a 40-hour week. So think carefully about whether you can cope with the additional effort.
Requirements & restrictions
- You cannot be enrolled on two NC degree programmes at the same time. If you are admitted to both, you must choose one.
- Already enrolled in an NC-restricted degree programme? You will only be admitted to the second NC-restricted degree programme if no one is excluded from the first degree programme as a result.
Application procedure
Regular application for the chosen degree programme within the deadlines. Do not apply for multiple enrolment until you have been admitted.
Documents required for enrolment:
- Declaration on the exercise of membership rights [PDF]
- You only pay the semester fee at the university at which you exercise your membership rights
- If membership rights are not exercised at HTW Berlin: Proof of payment of the semester fee at the other university
- Current certificate of enrolment from the other university
- Only for multiple enrolment in two Bachelor’s degree programmes: Proof that the Bachelor’s degree programme at the other university is NC-free
