The session introduces key concepts, e.g., such as most important tech trends (including AI, of course) and data‑driven business models, while always examining advantages and disadvantages of as well as organizational and strategic shifts required for successful digital change. It offers a forward‑looking yet critical perspective on how capabilities can empower both businesses and society.
