As part of the Talent Identification & Empowerment (TIEs) project, a candidate academy for young academic professionals will be set up at the TSC. It will support interested candidates on their path to a professorship through training, a coaching program and support during the appointment process.

HTW Berlin is the only university of applied sciences in Berlin that has been a member of EUonAIR since January 2025—a European alliance of ten technical and business-oriented universities that aim to anchor artificial intelligence in education, research, and society in an ethically responsible and innovative manner. The TSC supports the implementation of the project with its comprehensive expertise in the areas of didactics and media production. Further information is available on the project page.
