Please note that the General Student Advisory Service does not have access to your data, including your application or enrolment. If you have questions regarding your application, your application status, the application process as well as your enrolment please contact the Student Service Centre.

- Enrolment and Health insurance (Health insurance is mandatory for students in Germany. A health insurance has to report your insurance status. Hence, it's not something you can report to HTW Berlin.)
Personal consultations (no appointment necessary)
Treskowallee campus, building A
- Thursdays: 2 p.m. - 5 p.m. (room 151)
Wilhelminenhof campus, building B
- Tuesdays: 2 p.m. - 5 p.m. (room 004) - cancelled on 15th October
- Wednesdays: 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. (room 004) - ends punctually on 16th October

Telephone consultations
We answer brief questions and are available for longer consultation sessions on (030) 5019-2254:
- Mondays and Fridays: 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.
- Wednesdays: 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. - cancelled on 16th October
- On Wednesdays and Fridays, questions can also be answered in English.

Video consultations
Our video consultations take place by appointment. Please contact us in advance stating your specific request by emailing studienberatung@htw-berlin.de. We will then send you an email with the time slot and the access data.
