A mature startup in the fin-tec / insurance industry was facing the challenge to compete with major players in the market. The war for talent made it more and more difficult to attract talent - while retention was not that much of an issue. The student group analyzed two relevant areas: 1. Internal perspective (employee value and processes), 2. external perspective (candidate journey).

The group conducted internal workshops, an employee survey and external surveys of the pre-defined target group. In total, feedback from more than a thousand people had been analyzed.
